Cadence Sports & Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum Release ‘Million Dollar Club’ List of Top Cycling Fundraising Events
Austin, TX – At least 46 cause-related cycling rides raised more than $1 million each in 2024, according to the annual Million Dollar Club study released by Cadence Sports & the Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum.
The annual study explores individual cause-related cycling events to analyze the attributes of each ride and disclose the top rides in North America. In 2024, the Pan-Mass Challenge topped the chart with a jaw-dropping $87 million raised for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. The top rides in North America collectively raised an astonishing $316 million, an 11% YOY increase from the 2023 figure of $284 million.
“The cause-related cycling space continues to grow as more folks get on a bike and engage in an impactful mission – and not necessarily in that order,” said Gary Metcalf, President of Cadence Sports.
“The Million Dollar Club list is a tremendous addition to our knowledge of the cycling fundraising space,” said David Hessekiel, president of the Peer-to-Peer Professional Forum, which releases lists of the top thirty American (LINK) and Canadian (LINK) peer-to-peer fundraising programs each year.
